A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Changwon District Court Jinwon District Court Jinwon Branch on July 25, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at Jinju prison.

1. On September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was able to wear a brick wall, ceiling, etc. on the first floor of a multi-household building in which five households, such as the victim D, located in Jinju-si, located in Jinju-si, with a fire attached to plastic stuffs and vinyl plates; and (b) the Defendant was able to wear a tea, wall, ceiling, etc. with a fire spread.

2. Attempted attempts to commit fire to the suspender building;

A. On September 1, 2017, around 02:50, the Defendant put a fire into plastic bags containing garbage, using a studio in which seven households, such as the victim F, etc., live in Jinju-si, live in the first floor and the second floor of the multi-household building. However, the Defendant was unable to exhaust waste, etc. after burning it.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to fire a structure used as a residence by setting fire to and burns the structure used by people.

B. On September 5, 2017, around 02:57, the Defendant: (a) placed a stude with a wooden door door installed before the wooden building located in the first floor in which the victim H was residing in G on September 5, 2017; (b) put a stude with a stude, which was left in front of the wooden building; but (c) did not turn out a part of the postal items after burning.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to fire a structure used as a residence by setting fire to and burns the structure used by people.

There was an attempted attempt.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to set fire to and burns a structure used by a person as a residence.
