1. On September 27, 2017, the Defendant’s use of the subsidy for private museums for the purpose other than the purpose of granting the subsidy to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. A written pledge of the establishment of the museum of this case and the defendant's decision to grant subsidies (No. 5-4)

On February 2, 198, the subsidized project will be faithfully implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the decision to grant a subsidy and the Ordinance on the Management of Subsidies from Cheongju-si, as well as the Ordinance on the Management of Subsidies from Cheongju-si. 3. With respect to the goods acquired by the subsidized project, it would not be later used or transferred for any purpose other than the purpose of the subsidized project without the approval of the Mayor. 4. The building site of the museum is the place determined as the building site of the museum under the Cheongju-si Urban Planning Act, and the purpose of the subsidy is to build the museum, so it would be installed in line with the purpose of the decision to grant a subsidy and operate the museum by fulfilling the obligations of a good manager (Evidence 7).

1.This subsidy shall be used for the expenses of the establishment of the B Museum and shall not be used except for this project.

2. A subsidy program operator shall faithfully perform a subsidy program with due care as a good manager in accordance with the purpose of subsidy, details and conditions of subsidy program;

3. A subsidy program operator shall obtain approval from the relevant City when he/she intends to change the details of a subsidy program or transfer or discontinue a subsidy program;

4. When a subsidized project operator completes the subsidized project, he/she shall submit a business performance report along with evidential documents and refund the balance of the implementation.

5. If a subsidy program operator uses a subsidy for any other purpose, or violates the purpose of, subsidy grant, details or conditions of, or any relevant Act and subordinate statutes, he/she may cancel the decision to grant the subsidy and issue an order

6. A subsidized project operator shall establish a separate account for the subsidies he/she has received, and clearly separate his/her revenue and expenditure;

7. Public officials under his control, if deemed necessary.
