1. On February 20, 2019, among the instant lawsuits, a request for revocation of a disposition rejecting the use of subsidies for the purpose other than the purpose of granting subsidies from the Museum B.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. A. Around November 26, 2001, the Plaintiff established the instant museum and the Defendant’s decision to grant subsidies (hereinafter “instant project”) to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant project”).

In order to promote this, the Defendant applied for a subsidy, accompanied by a written pledge of the following contents, and around December 11, 2001, the Defendant rendered a decision to grant a subsidy of KRW 150 million to the Plaintiff at Si expense (Si expense KRW 150 million), and the terms and conditions of the subsidy at the time are as follows:

On February 2, 198, the subsidized project will be faithfully implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the decision to grant a subsidy and the Ordinance on the Management of Subsidies from Cheongju-si, as well as the Ordinance on the Management of Subsidies from Cheongju-si. 3. With respect to the goods acquired by the subsidized project, it will not be later used or transferred for any purpose other than the purpose of the subsidized project without the approval of the Mayor. 4. The building site of the museum is the place determined as the building site of the museum under the Cheongju-si Urban Planning Act, and the purpose of the subsidy is to build the museum, so it will be installed in line with the purpose of the decision to grant a subsidy and operate the museum by fulfilling the obligations of a good manager

1.This subsidy shall be used for the expenses of the establishment of the B Museum and shall not be used except for this project.

2. A subsidy program operator shall faithfully perform a subsidy program with due care as a good manager in accordance with the purpose of subsidy, details and conditions of subsidy program;

3. A subsidy program operator shall obtain approval from the relevant City when he/she intends to change the details of a subsidy program or transfer or discontinue a subsidy program;

4. When a subsidized project operator completes the subsidized project, he/she shall submit a business performance report along with evidential documents and refund the balance of the implementation.

5. A subsidy program operator shall use subsidies for other purposes or shall include the purpose of the subsidy grant and the details of the subsidy program.
