1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was a company established on September 21, 200 with its trade name as Taiwan-M Co., Ltd. for the purpose of manufacturing and selling materials for Lithium tea cells, and had its head office in 687-2, Nam-dong, Incheon, Namdong-dong (116 Bhodong-dong, 116).

B. On August 12, 201, the Plaintiff: (a) transferred the head office to 740-49, Sinsan-dong; (b) applied to the Defendant for a local investment promotion subsidy following relocation of enterprises to the Seoul metropolitan area; (c) on December 29, 2011, the Plaintiff received the location subsidy of KRW 420 million from the Defendant (including KRW 294 million, 378 million, 88 million, Si expenses, 37.8 billion), and facility investment subsidy of KRW 1.465 billion (including KRW 1.6 billion, 1.66 million, Do expenses, and 1.7 billion, 300,000,000,000,000 won (hereinafter “instant subsidy”).

The Defendant presented the following conditions of the granting of the instant subsidy to the Plaintiff.

1) This subsidy shall be executed for the same purpose as the project plan submitted by the subsidized project operator and shall implement the project. 2) The subsidized project operator shall meet the State’s financial fund support criteria for the promotion of local investment in local governments (No. 2011-4, Ministry of Knowledge Economy, No. 2011-

(i) comply with the relevant provisions set forth in the Act;

3) Upon completion of a subsidy program in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Budgeting and Management of Subsidies, the subsidized program operator shall prepare and submit a performance report on the subsidized program, stating the results of the program. 4) When the subsidized program operator uses the subsidy for other purposes or violates the terms and conditions of the grant, the decision to grant may be revoked

5) Other matters shall be in accordance with the Act on the Budgeting and Management of Subsidies, the Ordinance on the Management of Subsidies from Jeollabuk-do, and the Ordinance on the Management of Subsidies from the next City.

C. Around September 2012, the Defendant raised an objection from the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff sold part of the factory site.
