Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant refused to pay a taxi fee, thereby making a taxi engineer and having a c police box located in Gwangju Seo-gu in order to solve this.

At around 03:30 on that day, the Defendant heard that he would pay a taxi fee, and then saw the scam to a slope D who was on the patrol boat to carry out the patrol, brought him into the scam, and moved to the said patrol box, and assaulted D, such as “I scambling, I scam, I scam, I scam,” and “I scam to scam the breast part of the chest on several occasions.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
