Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) stated the police officer D who belongs to the above police box that “I will drink, use the coffee address and the toilet string”; and (b) asked the above D to have the Defendant returned home to the Defendant at around 03:00 on the following day, the Defendant carried out the above police box at around 03:00 on the day.

On 12. 05:00 of the same month, the Defendant visited the police box at around 05:00 of the same month to the police officer E, who was affiliated with the said box, saying, “I would like to use hot coffees and 2 knife a toilet,” and asked the above E to return home to the Defendant at around 07:00 of the same day, but did not comply with it.

At around 08:50 of the same month, the Defendant visited the above C police box to the police officer F assistant belonging to the above C police box, and received a demand from the F to escape the disturbance, such as “I am feas feas feas fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe

However, the defendant does not comply with it and does not leave the above F from 09:30 on the same day without justifiable grounds.
