A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 10, 2014, at around 16:30, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C on the front of the E agency located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) the victim C parked a cargo vehicle; and (c) was stolen by citing a bank amounting to KRW 50,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession, which includes one gallon ju S smartphone and one transaction account book, in which the victim C parked a cargo vehicle and opened a string of the string windows, and then opened the string of the string; and (d) the victim’s market price of KRW 100,000.
2. Special larceny against victim F and larceny against Gyeongnam Bank Co., Ltd.;
A. A. 3. The theft of night buildings in intrusion by victim J and the theft against central agricultural cooperatives of victims;
A. On March 19, 2014, the Defendant, at night against the victim J, was engaged in L advertisement in Ulsan-gu K around 21:40 on March 19, 2014, and opened a locked door with a pre-owned scrap metal.
