A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence 8 or 9 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court, and was sentenced to one year and one year of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on August 18, 2009. On April 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Jeonju District Court on April 19, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 12, 2016

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

At night, at around 01:00 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance by cutting off the entrance in the Hart operated by the Victim FF in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened the entrance; and (c) opened the entrance; and (d) cut off the entrance in the entrance; (b) tobacco amounting to KRW 5 million at the market price owned by the victim; (c) CCTV deposit business, cash amounting to KRW 1 million at the market price, KRW 500,000,000,000 in plastic bags; and (d) cut off three head of a Tong in plastic bags.

C. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:09 on July 2, 2016, 19: (b) at the K-ro in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant: (c) opened a entrance by cutting two gates at the entrance; and (d) laid the entrance by cutting two gates at the entrance; (b) on the victim’s own market price in the said location, the Defendant used women’s clothes, bags, verbals, and CCTV stuffs at the market price, which amount to KRW 15 million, to four plastic bags.

On July 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on July 4, 2016, 4: (b) 02:00, the Defendant: (c) opened a entrance by cutting off the doors of the entrance; and (d) 15,924,000 won of the market price owned by the victim; and (b) 40,000 won of women’s clothes, shoes, and cash in plastic bags.
