Criminal facts
1. Fraud;
A. The co-principal defendants of the defendant A, C, and D conspired with his accomplice G (Suspension of indictment on the same day) to collect the victim F money from his accomplice by means of using a "fluoration" method, changing the name of the card with which the plaque was arranged in advance during gambling. From June 12, 2015 to 03:30 on June 12, 2015, the defendant A is 5 million won, the defendant C is 1 million won, the defendant D is 3 million won, the victim's sum total of 4.5 million won, and the victim's sum total of 4.5 million won, and the victim is 14 million won, and the victim is 40 million won to take off the betting card under the name of the victim's open name by using a card 52, and the victim is 4 million won to take off the betting card under the name of the victim's open name.
