1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) for KRW 25,617,650 and its amount from June 19, 2009.

The main lawsuit and counterclaim are also examined.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff as a party (hereinafter “Plaintiff hospital”) is a corporation established to promote medical development and improve national health through research and treatment in medical science and dental medicine.

Defendant B is a person who was treated at the Plaintiff hospital due to symptoms, such as dynassis, telegraph, etc., and Defendant C is a partner of Defendant B.

B. On October 18, 2008, Defendant B, after the previous medical examination and treatment, applied to the emergency room of the Plaintiff hospital on June 1, 2008 due to symptoms, such as the left-hand deadly disorder, the mouth disorder, and the blood urine, etc.

Defendant B was diagnosed by the medical personnel of the Plaintiff hospital, such as the trajectal, crypology, and dypology, and received radiation treatment and pharmacologic treatment, and the same month.

2) 이후 피고 B는 원고 병원 소화기내과, 신경외과 등에서 외래 및 입원 진료를 받아왔는데, 피고 B가 2008. 10. 18. 원고 병원에 입원하기까지 원고 병원에서의 진료경과는 아래와 같다. ① 2008. 6. 9. 뇌 CT촬영 검사결과, 좌측 중대뇌동맥 M1 원위부에 국소적 협착 증상을 발견하였으나, 그 외 특이소견은 발견되지 않았다. ② 2008. 6. 17. 8일간 지속된 변비로 원고 병원 소화기내과 진료 중 응급실로 전원되었고, 대변완화제 투약한 후 당일 퇴원하였다. ③ 2008. 7. 18. 전신적인 허약감, 빈뇨, 구음장애, 대상포진 등의 증상으로 응급실에 내원하였고, 같은 달 22.까지 위 증상에 대한 치료를 받다가 그 외 특이 증상이 보이지 않아 다음날인 23. 개인병원에 전원되었다. ④ 2008. 8. 23. 8일간 배변을 못하고, 3일간 구강섭취를 못하여 응급실에 내원하였고, 같은 달 29.까지 약물치료, 영양학적 보충치료를 받고 퇴원하였다. ⑤ 2008. 9. 23. 혼자 힘으로 앉아있지 못하고, 기면 의식상태를 보여 응급실에 내원하였는데, 혈당 검사결과에서 19mg /㎗(참고치 80~110mg /㎗ 로...
