A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s wife B, failed to pay a fine for negligence for car car C, kept the registration number plate in front of the said car, and sentenced the Defendant to forge the registration number plate and attach it to the said car for operation.

1. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) manufactured the “C” car number plate at the Defendant’s house of No. 102, 1106, Jinyang-gun, Namyang-gun, a Namyang-gun, using the computer’s warranty program and A4 D mark; and (b) attached it on the said car.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate, which is a mark of public office, for the purpose of exercising the right.
