A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes at C University Hospital;

A. On October 25, 2012, around 15:18, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the business affairs of the victim’s hospital by force for about 40 minutes, such as “the victim’s hospital will undergo medical treatment,” and “the victim E (the victim, the 39 years of age) who is an employee of the prime department and the staff of the Cuniversity hospital located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan.”

B. On December 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the pertinent Cuniversity Hospital around 18:00 on December 23, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the business of December 23, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the functions and duties of the victim’s hospital by force for about one hour, such as: (b) at the said Cuniversity Hospital, the said victim E is a patient who does not pay any money for the Cuniversity; (c) internal branch is the Prime Minister and the private village. C. In addition, repeated and continued entry into the original affairs department and the office, which interfered with the victim's original affairs and duties by force for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, such as "I am dead, I am dead, I am able to take a bath at a high level, G (Nam, 36 years of age), which is the security personnel of the above hospital, continues to take a bath despite the removal of the said hospital, and leave the hospital."
