1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 4,468,383,064 as well as KRW 2,016,717,963 as from October 28, 2015.

1. According to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the facts such as the entry of the reasons for the claim in the annexed sheet are recognized.

Therefore, with respect to the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay the amount of KRW 4,468,383,064 of the principal and interest of KRW 2,016,717,963 of the principal and interest of KRW 25% per annum from October 28, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the start-up of the final damages for delay, to the Plaintiff, and the Defendant shall be liable to pay damages for delay within the limit of KRW 3,900,000,000, which is the limit
