A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Seized evidence 3 through 17 shall be confiscated.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2018 Highest 6747] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs, as follows:
1. On September 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a philopon from a person who sells a philopon (one name “B”; hereinafter “B”); (b) transferred KRW 2 million to the said B via a cash automation device at the point of C Bank D located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (c) on the same day, the Defendant purchased a philopon by means of finding about about five grams of the philop, which was concealed in the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Housing Area E.
In addition, from June 2, 2018 to September 29, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 1.2 gramopon from the above B four times as indicated in the crime log (1) of the attached Table from around June 2, 2018, and purchased approximately 110 gramopon from the above B in 12 times.
2. At around 23:50 on June 1, 2018, the Defendant sold 00,000 won from F to F for a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.5g of oponon to F for a single-use injection device, one of which contains approximately 0.5g of opon, from the cross-discilating telephone in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
In addition, from the above date to September 27, 2018, the Defendant sold F approximately KRW 49.6g 49.6g philopon to F in 119 times, as indicated in the List of Offenses (2) (excluding Nos. 50 and 119) in attached Form (2).
3. Medication of phiphones.
A. On May 30, 2018, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use telephone at the mutual unfolding telephones located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, diversating them with water, and then injected them into the arms blood line of G known to him through a smartphone hosting app, and 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use cell phone, dilution them with water, and then injected them into the arms blood line of the Defendant.
