A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On February 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to purchase cambanees (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) with C to purchase cambanees (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (c) was known to the general public.

D with C and around that time, the Defendant received an order for a penphone from the phone with D and delivered the penphone to D by finding about five grams of the 13-dong-101 Defendant’s residence in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Incheon, and then paid KRW 350,000 to D in cash in the above residence after about five days.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to purchase phiphones from D.

2. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant provided philophones by delivering 0.15g of philophones to C at the mutual influenite telephones located in the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-dong for the hours of o.10 p.m. and providing philophones without compensation.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with F, inserted approximately 0.1g of oponon in a single-use injection machine, in collusion with F, and injected it into F’s arms and dilution, and administered it in a way of injecting it into his own arms.

B. On February 2, 2017, in collusion with F and C, the Defendant, in collusion with F and C, injected approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased, as in the foregoing paragraph 1, into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the blood cells of each of the following arms.

On January 1, 2018, the Defendant conspiredd with F on January 1, 2018, the Defendant, in collusion with H hotel located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, put about 0.1g of phiphonephones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered them in a way of injection to each of the following arms:

On January 3, 2018, the Defendant included approximately 0.1g of philophones in a disposable injection machine at around January 3, 2018.
