Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual owner of the Lone Star Co., Ltd.

No one shall provide or lease a motor vehicle, other than a commercial motor vehicle (hereinafter referred to as "private motor vehicle"), for transport with compensation.

Nevertheless, on April 1, 2014, the Defendant offered an unspecified number of proxy engineers to the destination, such as transporting three proxy engineers to the destination by moving one proxy engineer in the early area of the original grassland, and collecting a short distance of 1,000 won, long distance of 3,00 won, long distance of 3,000 won from the charge on the part of the member-gu in Ansan-si.
