Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not engage in any conduct similar to a riding vote in connection with racing conducted by a marina society to pay property or financial benefits to the enemy, and shall not become a party to such conduct.

1. The Defendants conspired to operate the illegal private horse racing site even though they are not marina society. From May 15, 2015 to June 28, 2015, the Defendants received the Internet private horse manager’s website from those in the name of the off-site from around May 15, 2015 to from June 28, 2015, and created individual connection ID (C through D) and granted each individual participant with ID and password. In addition, the Defendants collected cyber money from the individual participant, and made them go through a racing held by the marina society by filling the cyber machine to the individual participant, with the same proportion as the dividend rate paid in the marina society, and made it possible for the individual participant to take advantage of the horse, and made the individual participant to take advantage of the horse racing by taking account of cash settlement in accordance with the acquisition and loss of individual participants after the horse racing, and made the individual participant to take advantage of the amount of betting amount equivalent to 610,370,000 won or less of property profits.

2. The Defendant’s sole crime committed by Defendant A was paid cyber money in the same proportion as the dividend rate paid in the Mar society when he received from February 15, 2015 to April 18, 2015, by means of obtaining individual connection ID and password from E, who is the operator of the private horse-based website, accessing the private horse-based website (F) by visiting E to the private horse-based website, and paying for the betting, and then raising the betting, he was paid for the cyber money in the same proportion as the dividend rate paid in the Mar society. 9,761 in total, by referring to the gain and loss after the end of the horse-based period, and remitting the settlement money to the account in the name of G that is used by E.
