Defendant

A and B Imprisonment for six months, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won.

However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not engage in any conduct similar to a riding vote in connection with racing conducted by a marina society to pay property or financial benefits to the enemy, and shall not become a party to such conduct.

1. Defendant A

A. From the early May 2015 to October 11, 2015, the Defendant received cyber money in advance after obtaining from F to the manager of the Internet private site with the ID and passwords available for access to the said site, from the Defendant: (a) shows in real time the racing progress on the Internet, such as G, H, and H, and selling private horse tickets in cash from customers, and paying a considerable amount of money to the general public in excess of KRW 80,00,000,000,000,000 out of KRW 8,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,000.

B. The Defendant purchased private marina tickets at the time and place specified in paragraph 1-A. F from F to the manager of the Internet private horse site.
