A. On March 10, 2018, the Defendant: “1. Construction name” under the title “subcontract” using Defendant’s Nowon-gu computer at the office of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Section D for B Buildings: Telecommunications Corporation during the Newly-built Construction;

2. Place for construction: Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F;

3. Date of commencement: March 26, 2018;

4. Date scheduled for completion: August 30, 2018;

5. Contract amount: The name and address of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, name and address of the contractor: G’s seal made of assembly-type seals that the Defendant was in possession of, and the contractor’s column: H: address and address of, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, stating “K” and affixing a seal made of assembly-type seals that the Defendant was in possession of, and affixed to, the contractor’s name. The Defendant, without authority, forged one copy of the subcontract under the name of G and K, a private document on rights and duties, which is a private document, for the purpose of exercising his authority. B. D office of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B. building project, the name and address of the contractor is indicated, and the contractor’s name is indicated as “K”: A new electrical construction project, the name and address of the contractor:

Contract amount: the contents of daily twenty million won (Won 150,000,000): The address in the orderer column: The name and the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and the name: G: the name and the seal of G seal made by the assembly type approved by the defendant in his name and affixed it to the contractor column: L, address: the second floor and name of the Jung-gu M building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and the seal of K’s seal made by the assembly type approved by the defendant in his name and affixed it to that name;

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, has the intention to exercise his rights and duties, G and N.
