A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. On July 2009, the Defendant, at the D office located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, indicated in the form of a real estate sales contract that “In Mancheon-si E” in the location of the location, “Seocheon-si E” in the sales price column, and “ Address: 12-412, resident registration number: G, name, H, and agent: I indicated that “The address: F apartment in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul: H, name: H, and agent: A’s seal was affixed in advance on the name of that I.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a contract of real estate sales in the name of H and I, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. Around July 2009, the Defendant, at the same place as the above paragraph (a) of the same Article, using a black pen in the real estate sales contract form, entered “J, K, and the sale price column” in the column of the location, and entered “ Address: Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, resident registration number, M, and name: N: 2” in the seller’s column, and affixed the N’s seal attached thereto.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a real estate sales contract in the name of N, a private document related to rights and duties.

C. On July 2009, the Defendant: (a) indicated in the real estate sales contract that “O of Mancheon-si, Jincheon-si, O”; (b) three hundred thousand won in the sale price column; and (c) indicated in the seller column “ Address: P, resident registration number, Q, and name: R”; (d) affixed the R’s seal attached to the name and back to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of a real estate sales contract in the name of R, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On July 2009, the Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document is correct in concluding three copies of a sales contract of a forged real estate, as in paragraph (1) of the above Article, at the Seocheon-gu Kimpo-dong, 186-8, Kimpo-dong, Gyeonggi-si.
