C On October 28, 2010, the Gwangju High Court sentenced one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Public Official Election Act, etc., and the said judgment was finalized on November 5 of the same year. Defendant C, as the owner of G company, issued “G” through three corporations, such as “J” and “Stock Company” in addition to “G company”, and Defendant C issued “G” as the owner of G company. The said three corporations actually suffered disputes between the same company and the same company, thereby changing the name of the corporation. According to the change of the corporation that issued the newspaper, newspaper title was changed to “G”, “daily G” and “G”, but all of them were referred to as “G”.
