A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a B rocketing motor vehicle.

On April 4, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 00:18, had the front road of the Geumho-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu along a three-lane radius from the boundary of the Geumcheon-gu reservoir.

2. On the same date as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant was driving a rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.190% in the section of about 10km from the roads in Yangsan-dong, Gwangju to the parking lot for Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul.
