A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2017, the Defendant became aware of the victim E (the age of 13) at the Internet-raising app page page that divides conversations with C around the end of July 2017.

After that, the Defendant came to know that the Defendant was a female juvenile who was a female juvenile attending a middle school while receiving a text message separate from the victim or making a voice call.

B. On August 1, 2017, from around 19:29 to 19:38, the Defendant: (a) had the victim drinking fright take eight copies of the victim’s sexual buphones with smartphones; and (b) had the victim transmit the victim’s sexual buphones to F Mesens to the Defendant, thereby having the victim perform an act that is not obligated to do so.

The Defendant, from around 12:38 on August 3, 2017 to 16:39 on the same day, was written on four occasions at the Defendant’s residence, and on the part of the victim and the FMesens.
