A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2018, the Defendant accessed the victim D (one year old, 12 years of age) through the Messenger around February 15, 2018, and exchanged contact with the victim.

B. On February 18, 2018, the Defendant sent to the victim a photograph of the male sexual organ taken by the Defendant from the Internet and stored on the given smartphone at around 13:17, Feb. 18, 2018, via the instant Messen.

In addition, the defendant sent to the victim with a photograph affixed to indicate the name of the victim on his chest and arms and the name on his chest and the above name.

In response to the request, the victim made the photographic file sent to the above Messenger by affixing a photograph so that the victim can look at the chest with a smartphone.

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse by doing sexual harassment that causes a child victim to feel sexual humiliation.

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime around February 20, 2018, at around 10:49 around February 20, 2018, and the victim through the instant Messenger, “A male head was taken to see that a female head was the head.”
