A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 2, 2013, from around 23:14, 201 to around 05:38, the Defendant habitually conducted golf activities with E, F, etc. in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, along with the golf club located in Gyeyang-gu, with each other. The Defendant: (a) provided 50,00 won per single hole; and (b) carried out 18 lines of games three times in the manner that a person who recorded more than buther number of other trees in the relevant hole became a winner and gets a winner, thereby bringing the money he/she collected as above; and (c) carried out three times in the manner that he/she collects the money in the said hole, with the total sum of 10,80,000 won of the total amount of the money collected as above, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

3. By March 3, 200, a maximum amount of 3060,000 won to 48,600,000 won was set up between them and a golf-type gambling.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On March 4, 2013, from around 21:03 to 03:19 the following day, the Defendant, in the instant screen golf course, was in the mind of undermining the E’s physical fitness in the instant golf type, and then, recorded the “Aevis” in 2 to 3 psychotropic drugs, in water, into the psychotropic drug so that they are mixed into the E’s coffee, and then used a set of a set.

B. In collusion with F, the Defendant used 2 to 3 in the foregoing manner at a screen golf course from March 8, 2013 to 23:27 the following day in collusion with F, the Defendant used 2 to 3 in the foregoing manner.

3. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, among March 4, 2013, from around 21:03 to 03:19 the following day, in the instant screen golf course, and the facts are golf in the same condition, despite the fact that, in gambling in the indoor golf form, the Defendant, as seen above, melting “Aevise” 2 to 3 in water with the mind of undermining the real ability of E’s sports in the instant golf form, melting it into water, and let E see it.
