Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 12, 2019, the Defendant has been working as an assistant nurse in the B convalescent Hospital.

1. At around 14:00 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant released the psychotropic drug safe, which had been corrected by taking up the keys of the safe in the nurse room in the nurse room at the 4th floor of “B convalescent hospital”, and brought about only one mpamp via which approximately 10 mpamps of Athro (2mg, 0.5ml) contained in the ethm (2mg, 0.5ml) and the ethm via which approximately 90 mpacks were included.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the above psychotropic drugs that could not know the market price managed by the victim D(37 years of age).

2. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc.

At around 22:00 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant administered at least six times in total, as shown in the separate sheet of crime from around 06:0 the day following the following day: (a) in a single ampamp (2mg, 0.5ml) which was stolen as stated in paragraph (1) in his/her dormitory room; and (b) in a way that injects the knife into the blood pipe, such as the left hand hand, etc., he/she administered at one time; and (c) in a way that injects the knife into the knife; and (d) in a way that in a total of four times, the Defendant sawd at six times in total, as in the list of crimes in annexed Form 15:0.
