Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while working as a nurse in the Seoul Songpa-gu C Hospital Mental Health Department, was prescribed by a prescription issued in the name of his mother or prescribed by a prescription issued in the name of his mother.

1. From Jan. 2012 to Feb. 2012, the Defendant provided the same nurse at the above mental health department E with four strings containing a psychotropic drug soft, four strings containing a psychotropic drug soft, four strings, three strings containing a soft, three strings containing a soft, two strings containing a soft, and one strings containing a soft, and one strings containing a soft.

2. At around 12:00 on March 2012, the Defendant provided F, a doctor of the same hospital’s mental health school at the 173 bottled C Hospital at the same hospital, with ethyl 1stm containing ethyl lux without compensation.

3. At around 23:00 on June 26, 2012, the Defendant drafted a false prescription with respect to I, the patient, in order to administer to H, a medical doctor, G, a mental health doctor, at the above C Hospital 713 Sickdong, to administer the same department of medicine, the Defendant: (a) issued the above prescription; (b) the nurse J issued a medical prescription; (c) the Defendant laid off one ample-ample ample ample containing a log, and (d) K, the same department of medicine, as H’s arms.

Accordingly, the defendant used it in collusion with G, J and K.

4. On July 14, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant provided the same nurse in the foregoing mental health department and nurse room with a stroke 3 stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke

5. On July 2012, the Defendant provided, at the parking lot of the said C Hospital, M, the same nurse, with ethyl 3 years of ethyl content containing strokem without compensation.

6. On August 20, 2012, the Defendant, at the parking lot of the above C Hospital around 16:00, sets up to the above M a set containing a cloynaco.
