A Imprisonment of one year, ten months of imprisonment, eight months of imprisonment for Defendant C, eight months of imprisonment, eight months of imprisonment for Defendant D and eight months of imprisonment for Defendant D.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A (Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.)
A. The Defendant purchased and sold Q cafeteria in the Gangwon-do P around March 2013, the Defendant: (a) received 50,000 won from Q cafeteria and 50,000 won from G; and (b) obtained 5,000 won from a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, and purchased it.
B. Around August 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold a R cafeteria in Gangwon-do P, with KRW 100,000 to G, and 5 A 100,000 to G.
C. On April 30, 2014, around 10:00, the Defendant received it by receiving from G a free 5-day A-to-five (5-day) in G’s car where the Defendant was driving in the vicinity of Selher in Gangwon-do P.
On June 25, 2014, the Defendant kept approximately 0.02 grams, which are psychotropic drugs, in the domicile of the Defendant in Namyang-si, by inserting approximately 13 amnibs 13 in the cooling house, and Metropops (copon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).
2. Defendant G [Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (Psychotropic Drugs)] Defendant sold and purchased an Arabic team twice, as described in paragraphs (a) and (b) above, to A on two occasions, and provided it without compensation as described in paragraph (1)(c) above.
3. Defendant B [Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence)] around June 26, 2014, the Defendant kept in custody by inserting approximately KRW 0.04 gals made in the form of powder by leaving the Defendant’s residence in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in a separate bank, 7 Ethys and gys in a separate bank, and gys in a separate way.
4. Defendant F (Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc.) around 16:30 on June 28, 2014, the Defendant carried a philophone by putting approximately 0.5g philophone in the 7th floor at the window of the Korean Racing Association located in the Changdong-dong, Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and carrying a philophone by inserting it in a rophone book.
5. Defendants A, B, D, and E’s joint criminal conduct (use of psychotropic drugs and fraud in victim V) are the first patrol officer on April 2014.
