Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 201, the Defendants: (a) purchased a vehicle security loan from a financial institution; (b) purchased the vehicle; and (c) purchased the vehicle by the method of disposing of the vehicle in the middle speed, as they were in a financial crisis due to a financial shortage; and (d) decided to provide the funds by means of disposing of the vehicle immediately.

around March 9, 201, the Defendants entered into an installment loan agreement with the Defendant to provide equal repayment of the principal and interest of the loan from March 9, 2011 to March 9, 2015, and filed an application for the said loan agreement with the Defendant’s employees whose name is unknown, after obtaining a loan of KRW 70 million from the victim, and purchasing the said principal and interest of the loan from the victim in 2008 Hsch Rexroth. The Defendant B entered into an installment loan agreement with the Defendant to provide joint and several loans, and filed an application for the installment loan agreement with the Defendant’s employees whose name is unknown.

However, in fact, the Defendants did not have any intent or ability to pay the principal and interest of a loan, as agreed with the victim, because they had only thought that they would sell a vehicle at a middle-lane and did not intend to own the above vehicle, and have already been liable to pay a large amount of the loan to a third party.

On March 9, 201, the Defendants purchased the said vehicle from the victim with a loan of KRW 70 million from the victim for the purchase of the vehicle, and then disposed of the said vehicle at KRW 33 million to I, the Bracker on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive the goods.
