A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2015, around 07:15, at the front of the C convenience point located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant took a bath on several occasions, “Yecheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Police Station D Boxes affiliated with the Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Police Station D Boxes called out after receiving a report of 112 under the influence of alcohol, to verify the Defendant’s personal information and to request the Defendant to return home.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report processing.
