A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 921"
1. On March 4, 2015, at around 20:10, the Defendant: (a) opened the crepans of the clothes No. 4 in Ulsandong-gu C, Ulsan-gu, or the third-story male escape room, and cut off KRW 1,50,000 in cash from the wallet owned by the victim E.
2. At around 15:00 on March 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a dives of the clothes No. 25, 15,000 G Dog G Dog-gu, Ulsan-gu, or male escape room, which was in possession of G Dogdo-gu, Ulsan-gu, or a male escape room; and (b) stolen them by taking out one gift coupon of 50,000 won in cash from the wall belonging to the victim H; and (c) cutting them out.
3. The Defendant, in possession of the date and time set forth in Paragraph 2, opened the cresh of clothes No. 17, a date and place, and cut off 64,000 won in cash from the wallet owned by the victim I.
4. On March 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened 149 bitraber, which was in possession of K Gagdo or male sloping room located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S.J, and stolen KRW 2.60,000 in cash from the wallets owned by the victim.
5. On March 22, 2015, at around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) opened the cresh of the clothes No. 79, a date dives, which was possessed by Nurido or male escape room located in Ulsan-gu M, Ulsan-do, and cut off one million won in cash from the wallet owned by the victim’sO.
6. At around 11:00 on March 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened the cresh of the clothes No. 141, Q Gain-dong P, Ulsan-dong P, Q Gain-gu, Q Gain-si, and opened the cresh of the clothes No. 141, thereby cutting down KRW 1,90,00 in cash from the wallet owned by the victim R.
On September 10, 2014, at around 16:50 on September 10, 2014, the Defendant 101, 200 won in cash within the victim U.S., divers, divers prepared in the T-S T-S T-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S
