Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Around 00:50 on September 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) viewed that drinking alcohol in C K-sing room, which is located in B and 4 stories, is to talk between the victim D (Nam, 25 years of age) and the business owner; and (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “ping theme, singing the C-sing house, and sing the victim’s faces,” and subsequently, used the victim’s faces to walk the victim’s bridge at several times on the floor of the drinking water in which the victim entered the room, and used the victim’s face at a drinking time.
