A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On May 31, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury or one year of suspended sentence in the Militarysan Branch of the Jeonju District Court for the crime of injury, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on June 8, 2017 and is currently under suspended sentence.
