A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at the “Dju” store located in the elderly group C; (b) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant saw the time room to the victim E (the aged 41) of the said main shop; (c) made the victim and three customers take a bath for about 45 minutes; and (d) made the customers who were in the said place fright to take a fright at the said head office by having them take a bath for about 45 minutes; and (d) made them take a bath for the victim and three customers.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's main duty by force.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. On March 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:20 on March 4, 2015, at the point of “D”; (b) around 22:20, the police officer G, who belongs to the F Police Station, continued to fab a disturbance after receiving a report from the said State E; (c) brought the Defendant at the back of E, who was in the said State Twitter; (d) said G fabing the Defendant “Wing down at the seat”; (e) fabing the Defendant, fabing the Defendant at one time, and fab, G, etc. at his own seat, fab, and fabing the Defendant’s personal information on March 22:35, 2015; and (e) fabing the Defendant’s h’s fabab by asking the Defendant, and fabing the Defendant’s h’s fab.

3. In addition, on March 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the Defendant on the ground that the police officer I, who belongs to the F police box, said on March 4, 2015, told the Defendant “I will want to a police officer;” (b) was salping I’s flab, and used I’s flab by blabing I’s chest.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers E, H, and I concerning the handling of reported cases.

B. On March 4, 2015, the Defendant, within a police box, was arrested as a flagrant offender due to the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties and obstruction of performance of official duties, and was transferred to the police box of the senior police station, he would give a bath to the I preparing investigation-related documents at that place.
