A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 30, 2013, at around 14:50 on December 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to the victim C, “E” located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Ulsan-gun, 103 dong 113, which was not corrected due to the victim C’s thought of theft of property; and (b) intrudes into the door, and has one motor vehicle, one owner of the victim who was in the victim’s diving, and carried out one motor vehicle, one of which was the victim’s possession, who was parked in the said door at the said E-brine parking lot using the key, and carried out 13 million won or more at the market price of the victim’s possession, who was parked in the said place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On February 12, 2014, at around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that had not been corrected by the victim G 104-dong 9 “I”; and (b) intruded into the victim G 104-dong 9; and (c) carried out a cash-owned by the victim’s owner; (b) KRW 280,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, and one bank physical card.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

3. Around 08:00 on February 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that had not been corrected by the victim J’s 105 dong 14 at the victim J’s accommodation; (b) had a 10,00 won in cash, the victim’s possession in the said site; (c) one hand-line in the amount of KRW 200,000 in the market value; and (d) one motor vehicle key.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

4. The Defendant, at around 08:00 on February 12, 2014, steals the victim K’s residence intrusion and theft, stolen property in the victim K’s accommodation located in the victim K located in the same 105 dong 5.
