1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked. With respect to the case of compulsory auction for real estate (2009, 13000 real estate auction) at the Jeonju District Court's 2008 Mataeng 5569, the amount of dividends against the plaintiff shall be KRW 5,875,00,000, and the amount of dividends to the defendant shall be KRW 2,470,849,612 shall be corrected to KRW 2,302,349,612, respectively, among the dividend table prepared by the above court on March 18, 2010.

The court's explanation on this case is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
