A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2012, at around 00:36, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the Defendant attempted to sing at the Kimhae-si C, but failed to singing due to micro trouble, and (b) expressed that the Defendant “sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing to sing

Provided, That in order to prevent recidivism, a defendant shall be placed on probation.
