When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.096% on blood alcohol level around 22:04, and was driving a DNA car from around 1km to around C from front of the Gyeong-gun of Seongbuk-gun to the front of C.
