Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a BMW car driver.

On August 28, 2013, at around 18:20, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately three kilometers from before the gardening exhibition, which was under the influence of alcohol by 0.254%, to the front of the steering distance in the same city, from the road in front of the gardening exhibition in the Hocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the steering distance in the same city.
