Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2015, at around 01:33, the Defendant driven BM3 automobiles under the influence of alcohol content of about 50 meters from the roads near the village hall located in the Sindong-gu, Seogdong-gu, Seogdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-do to the roads in front of 14-10,5-10, in the same Eup/Myeon.
