Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On January 28, 2015, around 21:40 on January 28, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by putting the disturbance on the part of the victim E(the age of 41)’s main points of operation in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the reason that the balance of the beer in the table is frequent, and making the victim take a view that “I would not perform funeral in this donge,” and booming the table table over to the right angle, thereby hindering the victim’s main business by force.
