Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. Around October 31, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim, i.e., the victim G (the age of 31) who sees the horses and desires to take the victim’s face out of the main point, i.e., the victim’s face one time, and walking the victim’s back one time due to the defect that the victim G (the age of 31) is about to take the victim’s back from the main point, i.e., the victim’s back at the F main point operated by E in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
B. On the same day, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) the horse 1 (the age of 27) belonging to the Haak-dong Police Station of Incheonnam Police Station, which received a report of 112 at the above main point on the same day, re-confiscing G, and (b) the I sees G when he heard the statements of G; (c) the I saw it as drinking to I; and (d) the said I embling the chest on two occasions with his hand.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in criminal investigations.
C. At around 22:50 of the above day, the Defendant damaged goods used by public offices in order to cover repair costs equivalent to KRW 739,508, such as exchange of indoor partitionss of the patrol vehicle, while arrested as flagrant offenders, such as obstruction of performance of official duties, on the back of the J patrol 31, who was on the front edge of the patrol vehicle, and going to the Incheon Southern East Police Station, while going to the police station, while on the front edge of the patrol vehicle, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender, such as obstruction of performance of official duties, etc.
2. Defendant B, at around 22:45 of the above day, was sent to the police station of the Incheonnam Police Station, after receiving a report of 112 before the above main point, and the police officer of the same district group (30 years old) and the police officer of the same district group (30 years old) used the above I and the above K in order to interfere with the process of using the manual, which is a police gear, in order to arrest A as a flagrant offender, such as obstruction of performance of official duties, etc.
