The punishment of the accused shall be three years of imprisonment and a fine of 500,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Occupational embezzlement and fraud with respect to victim-liability companies G and H;

A. From December 2009 to October 201, the Defendant engaged in the business of selling liquor, collecting gold, etc. as a business employee of the victim-limited company G from around December 2009 to around October 201.

1) From April 7, 2010 to October 22, 2010, the Defendant paid 23,717,400 won to the victim KRW 19,427,400,000 to the victim while he/she was in the occupational custody of the victim, as shown in attached Table 1 of the Crimes List of Crimes, and embezzled the remainder of KRW 3,090,000 for daily living expenses, etc. from around that time to around April 14, 2010 to around October 20, 2010, the Defendant voluntarily used the victim’s daily living expenses, etc. from around 29:10,89,89,80,90,000 to the victim, as described in attached Table 2 of the Crimes List of Crimes; and the Defendant voluntarily used the victim’s daily living expenses from around 209,000 to 90,000 won to the victim.

3) From July 13, 2010 to October 25, 2010, the Defendant paid KRW 60,393,000 to the victim with a total of KRW 32,14,00,00,000 as stated in the attached Table 3, while he/she was engaged in business for the victim, he/she embezzled the remainder of KRW 28,249,00 for a voluntary use of daily living expenses, etc. from the day members within Woodpo City around that time. 4) around July 21, 2010 to October 20, 2010, the Defendant voluntarily paid KRW 67,794,80 through 24 times as shown in the attached Table 4 of the Crimes Day to the victim and embezzled the remainder of KRW 36,00,000 for the victim’s daily living expenses for the purpose of using the victim’s daily living expenses.
