Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2014, at around 20:30 on June 25, 2014, the Defendant laid down a brupter who was walking on the street in front of the building B, so as to be seen by the victim C (at least 29 years of age) and carried out an obscene act by using the bruptor as his hand.
