Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 12, 2014, around 08:25, the Defendant reported that C (n, 28 years of age) was lowered at the entrance of the first floor, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, 2014, and made a patently obscene act, such as walking C with a brupting a brush while coming back with a brush.

2. At around 08:30 on December 17, 2014, the Defendant publicly made an obscene act, such as putting C with a brushing a brush in a state where the brupter was cut off by the said method at the place prescribed in paragraph (1).
