Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2014, at around 13:45, the Defendant: (a) viewed B (18 years old), C (18 years old, 18 years old), and carried his sexual organ at the 201-Dong-dong 146 from the walking side of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 146, as a map, and (b) engaged in an obscene act openly by using self-defense, such as putting his sexual organ out and scaming it by hand.
