1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. 2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. The Plaintiff has 50% or more of its physical function as a grandchild.

On a different premise, there is a defect that misleads the fact of the instant disposition.
