1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The sole crime committed by Defendant A;
A. On August 2015, the Defendant would create a visa to extend the period of stay for three years through the Embassy because the term of validity of F’s passport expires.
If 6,200,000 won is required at its expense, a person may be given money to another person to create a visa to extend the period of sojourn.

B. 2) On July 2016, the Defendant, with the approval of theJ of the lessor, erases the lessee’s name column and the content indicated in the resident registration number column in the existing real estate lease agreement, which was made effective with the approval of the lessor for the purpose of exercising the above 212 patrolman, as the revised amount, from among the real estate lease agreement which was made effective with the approval of the lessor, into the name column of the proprietor and the resident registration number column.
