Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Stock Company and hereinafter referred to as “C Company”) between November 2009 and March 2011.

A) A person who served as a representative director of Gangnam-gu Seoul Company and the Defendant Company (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) from March 201, 201.

No one shall intrude into an information and communications network without access authority or beyond permitted access authority.

On March 27, 2011, at around 00:09, the Defendant: (a) within the Defendant’s company of Gangnam-gu Seoul E-building 717; (b) had the Defendant enter the Defendant’s company’s password into the above company’s work site of Internet job offering and job seeking advertising (www.samin.co.m.r; www.com; www.m.), miscellaneous Korea (www. joint and several koc.co.K), sc.m., and C company’s employees G, without any access authority to the above company’s office PC; and (c) had the Defendant enter the above company’s password into the above company’s c.m. (www.co.co.co.co.m.) by 30 days from the above 3rd day from the above 193rd day from the above c.m.’s date and time to the 3rd day from the above 3rd day without any access authority.
