Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the provisions of the Korean Racing Association Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Korean Racing Association, etc.") of Defendant A shall commit any act similar to the horse riding voting for the racing conducted by a marina society to pay the enemy property or property benefits, to have him/her receive property or property benefits by having him/her receive the horse riding voting or any similar act in Korea or by having him/her receive property or property benefits by having him/her receive the horse riding voting in a foreign country, or to reproduce, remodel or transmit the rate of distribution of the racing provided by a marina society, racing screen and voice, computer program works, etc.;
